WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A Liminal interlude sound healing balance

LIMINAL 𓂃 a powerful "in-between" state; a threshold; the void; a space for change; the chrysalis from which the butterfly emerges.

INTERLUDE 𓂃 a sacred pause; a period of absolute solitude and stillness; an intentional interval; a realignment with one's soul purpose.

We will connect in person at Erthed in Taringa. Be greeted with calm, soft ceremonial space, created just for you to land and purely be. 

During the balance, you will be guided to deeply connect with yourself and recalibrate within the sacred 𓂃 LIMINAL INTERLUDE.

You will be guided to fall deeply into the liminal void space through a slow and deeply intuitive meditation, channeled just for you.

Throughout the meditation process, you will be surrounded by black tourmaline crystals and be held completely in your own energy. You will stay within these crystals throughout the balance.

Sound healing through the frequency of crystal sound bowls will complete your session, allowing any lingering unbalanced energies within your field to melt away as you come into a state of grounding and complete oneness with self. 

Session structure: upon your arrival, we will spend approximately 15 minutes grounding into the space and gently discussing your intention for the balance with an oracle card pull, unpacking any stressors you are currently experiencing. We will then move into the healing space to complete the balance over approximately 60 minutes. This will follow with the remaining time spent gently unpacking through heart-led conversation over grounding herbal tea and a grounding treat. The entire balance will occur over 90 minutes.

NEXT STEPS

Please review the booking calendar for a date and time that suits. Payment is required whilst booking through Tidycal to confirm your appointment time.

Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a client intake form. Complete this form and bring it along with you to your first session. There will also be copies of the form available if required, however please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first session to enable completion.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A strict cancellation and late arrival policy is upheld at Kirsten Sorensen Energy Healing.

Regrettably, refunds are not accepted for any cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment.

We value your time and the time of others. If you arrive late to your appointment, the session time reserved for you will be reduced and the full session amount will still apply.

The Liminal Interlude session with Kirsten was amazing! It was the first time I had a session like this and it allowed me to fully drop into my own energy and gave me the opportunity to truly relax and enjoy the magic of the sound healing. It was such a unique experience to be gridded with the crystals it felt like a cocoon of beautiful energy.

I originally booked this session because I found myself feeling run down due to stress and challenges I was facing and was looking for something restorative and relaxing to bring me back into balance. The session allowed me to drop the tension I was holding onto and regulated my nervous system. In the week following the session my body finally felt safe and relaxed enough to feel and process and let go of the feelings and emotions I had bottled up. It was such a lovely experience with Kirsten holding a beautiful and safe space which allowed me to come home to myself.
